A working day at the concrete batching plants of Minh Son Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company begins early in the morning when employees and workers gather at the station to prepare for a new working day.

First, the staff will check the equipment, machines and tools needed to mix the concrete and make sure they are working properly. They will then conduct quantity and quality checks on the raw materials needed to produce concrete, including cement, sand, gravel and water.

Next, the staff will proceed to mix the concrete using a concrete mixer. The workers will put the necessary materials into the machine and start the concrete mixing process. This is a work that needs to be carefully calculated to ensure the quality of the final product is up to standard.

After the concrete is well mixed and satisfactory, the workers will put the concrete in the trucks and transport it to different locations for use in construction works.

During the working day, staff and workers will also carry out maintenance of equipment and machines, clean concrete batching plant and recheck product quality.

At noon, the staff and workers will have a break and have lunch on site.

In the afternoon, the staff and workers will continue to produce concrete and transport the products to different locations. If necessary, employees and workers can also participate in internal or external meetings to evaluate and improve the operation of the concrete batching plant.

At the end of the day, staff and workers will carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment and machines to ensure they will function properly for the next working day.
